My Approach

How the work unfolds.

There's no single right way to do therapy. There's only the way that fits you, found together. Here's a sense of what to expect.

An introductory call

We speak for around 20 minutes by phone. You can share a little of what's bringing you to therapy and ask anything you'd like.

A first session

A longer conversation to begin properly. We'll find a regular weekly time that works.

The ongoing work

We meet regularly. Some sessions feel like relief, others like work. Both move things forward.

Endings, well-held

Therapy doesn't end abruptly. When you're ready, we plan an ending together — itself often a meaningful part of the work.
